The Role
This is a career-defining role. Metagenics is launching, first-to-market product that will redefine a category — and we're looking for a bold, entrepreneurial leader to bring it to life.
As Director, New Business, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for this high-profile launch. You'll build a new business from the ground up — with the scientific credibility, resources, and global reach of an established company behind you. From shaping the brand to standing up the commercial infrastructure, this is a true 0-to-1 leadership opportunity with enterprise-wide visibility.

Compensation
The current range for this hybrid position (3x/week in-office) based in Jersey City, New Jersey is $210,000/yr. to $230,000/yr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
This role is also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
