Key Responsibilities
Advocacy & Influencer
- Manage multiple influencer relationships and campaigns across both categories – casting, content review, maintaining budget, creator boosting and usage
- Oversee & give input on Influencer strategy, 360 moments, timelines and boost paid and organic influencer strategy in social channels
- Exhibit expertise in social trends and the online supplement landscape to ensure we’re leveraging top creators in a timely and on-trend way
- Develop socially-driven programs in collaboration with HCP Marketing experts to drive awareness and sales lift conversion
- Help develop strategy for new and emerging platforms (TikTok Shop, Affiliates, etc.)
- Develop strategies to breakthrough and compete in the wellness social landscape
- Manage ongoing relationships with key post-production partners to edit, iterate and optimize creative for use in media
- Storyboard and propose cutdowns of influencer content for use in paid media on Meta, YouTube programmatic and other placements as necessary
- Own recommendations and asset tracking documentation for overall paid content strategy – boosting, cutdown, content swaps – and ensure alignment from marketing
Paid & Analytics
- Track influencer and branded assests for use in paid media
- Review paid media reporting and make recommendations on content optimizations based on performance
- Ensure strategy, content creation and community management are constantly reviewed based on findings
- Set social KPI’s for Influencer campaigns and track through execution with detailed recaps
- Thoroughly understand ever-evolving social metrics and liaise with global team on best practices and benchmark
- Manage social budget for your campaigns and ensure we optimize and spend wisely (bring in new partners as necessary) & find efficiencies based on business priorities
Strategy & Thought Leadership
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to Paid Media, PR, Digital, Customer Marketing) to stay aligned on content output for activations
- Partner with marketing and cross-function partners on content production/shoots as needed
- Manage social listening requests from Marketing and executive team to give insight on launches and potential new product trends
- Maintain overarching familiarity with all campaigns in order to ensure diversity of creators across all activations
- Identify and implement test & learn social opportunities
- Develop and share trending content reports with the team
Basic Requirements
- 8-10 years' experience in Social Media, Influencer Relations and Paid Media experience for a consumer brand (in-house or agency) – ideally in the wellness space
- Ability to work cross-functionally and develop big picture strategy to grow the Metagenics brand love. Complex role at the intersection of Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, E-commerce and Agency Partners
- Ability to be resourceful and scrappy while working within brand guidelines to produce high quality in-house content
- Expert in social and digital landscape
- Experience in photography and editing a plus
- Ability to effectively work in a matrixed environment – Brand, Digital, Global Marketing
- Creative skills to develop new content & out-of-the-box thinking a must
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and work with business partners on new innovations as well as best practices
- Strong analytics skills.
- Experience with tools like NetBase, Rival IQ, SproutSocial, SemRush and Aspire, is a plus
Compensation
The current range for this hybrid position (3 days/week in-office) based out of Jersey City, NJ is $112,000- 135,000/year.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
