About Metagenics

Metagenics believes in helping people live happier, healthier lives by realizing their genetic potential. It’s why, when we defined Metagenics’ Mission, Values, and Vision, we started with our company’s own DNA. United by purpose and core values (Integrity, Authenticity, Respect, Diversity & Inclusion and Healthy & Happiness) the Metagenics’ team is dedicated to providing effective nutritional products and solutions, for healthcare professionals.

People Culture First

We believe the way we do business is as important as the business we do; that a company in the nourishment business should nourish its people, too. So, we incorporated healthy, sustainable care into every dimension of our culture. Our diverse and expansive team are a prime example of the power of a people-first approach. We know first-hand, when an organization prioritizes internal growth and fosters empathy, its people come together to set an example of what the world can become.

The Role

The Performance & Growth Marketing Manager is a hands-on execution role responsible for activating and optimizing Metagenics' paid media presence across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic channels. Reporting to the Director, Performance & Growth Marketing, this individual owns day-to-day campaign operations — from audience builds and bid management to creative trafficking and performance reporting — ensuring every dollar is working efficiently against defined KPIs.

The ideal candidate brings deep platform fluency, a strong analytical foundation, and agency-side experience that equips them to collaborate effectively with external partners and move quickly in a lean, growth-oriented environment. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for a performance marketer who is energized by execution excellence and eager to contribute to a brand at a meaningful inflection point in its digital growth.

  • Monitor campaign delivery daily and proactively identify and resolve pacing, performance, or targeting anomalies.
  • Partner with Creative and Brand Marketing teams to ensure paid media assets are channel-appropriate, funnel-stage relevant, and trafficking-ready.
  • Manage asset delivery workflows from creative brief to live activation.
  • Maintain organized tracking of creative versions, audience segments, and performance benchmarks by channel.
  • Communicate creative performance insights and audience signals back to Creative teams to inform future development.

Basic Requirements

  • Previous agency-side experience required; client-side experience a plus.
  • Proven proficiency in native platform UIs including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Working familiarity with attribution and incrementality measurement approaches (e.g., MTA, MMM, platform lift studies).
  • Experience managing structured creative testing programs and documenting results.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple active campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with lean team structures.
