The Role
This role will support the Sr. Manager Influencer & Affiliates with the strategy, execution, and evolution of Metagenics’ social media and affiliate marketing ecosystem. This role sets the brand’s tone of voice and content direction across social channels, drives engagement and commercial growth through organic, influencer, and affiliate activity, and develops a high-performing team that delivers measurable impact across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media. Support organic social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Drive growth in engagement, reach, and community while ensuring a consistent and authentic brand presence.
- Affiliate Program Management. Support and scale affiliate and partnership programs, ensuring all affiliates reflect brand values and deliver commercially viable outcomes.
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships. Direct and approve influencer collaborations and content creator relationships, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, brand positioning, and ROI.
- Platform & Agency Partnerships. Support to Manage relationships with social media platforms, agencies, and creator networks to ensure the business remains ahead of platform trends, features, and partnership opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with marketing, brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure all social and affiliate content is purposeful, on-brand, and contributes to broader campaign and business goals. Act as the key liaison for social performance and consumer insight reporting.
- Performance & Insights. Measure and analyse social, influencer, and affiliate performance, providing actionable insights to inform ongoing content and partnership strategies.
- Budget Ownership. Manage and report on budgets across social media, influencer, and affiliate activities to ensure optimal ROI and efficient resource allocation.
- Community Management Oversight. Ensure proactive community engagement across all social platforms, with timely responses, monitoring, and escalation processes.
- Innovation & Experimentation. Lead the testing of new formats, tools, and partnerships to keep the brand at the forefront of content and engagement trends.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in social media, influencer, or digital marketing, ideally in a brand-led or multi-channel environment.
- Strong understanding of organic social strategy, content creation, community management, and performance analytics.
- Experience managing affiliate or partnership programs with clear commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across marketing, digital, and eCommerce teams to deliver integrated content.
- Creativity, accountability, and results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and stakeholder management skills across senior levels and external partners.
- Analytical mindset. Confident interpreting performance data and turning insights into strategic actions.
- Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok for Business, Google Analytics, affiliate tracking platforms, and influencer management tools (e.g. Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in copywriting.
- Ability to move with speed and pivot - while there is a lot of planning/foreseen content creation, there is also an element of agility needed to capitalise on short-term opportunities, changing business needs &/or results.
Desirable
- Experience in health, wellness, or consumer goods industries.
- Understanding of paid social media strategy and creative testing frameworks.
- Experience with AI-driven content creation tools or emerging content formats.

Compensation
The current range for this hybrid position (3 days/week in-office) based out of Hudson County, NJ is $99,000/yr to $120,000/yr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
