As a global VMS brand with ambitious plans for omnichannel growth, we need a Digital Strategy Analyst who is curious to the core and is able to present fresh insight clearly and cross-functionally. As a member of our Digital Commerce team, you'll lead the charge in enhancing our digital analytics capabilities, transforming raw data into actionable insights that fuel our marketing and product initiatives. As our in-house expert on Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads (to name a few) we need you to lead with curiosity and be obsessed by customer behavior. We need you to identifying trends and opportunities across multiple data sources and bring the insight to us.

Key Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Partner with our regional Heads of Digital, Heads of Finance, marketing teams and channel leads to understand why performance is favorable or adverse to expectations and dive into the problem-solving.
- As an expert in our internal and external digital reporting tools, this role will support key users to get the most out of the data and to understand the insights within.
- This role will be the subject matter expert for Google Ads and Google Analytics, owning performance reporting
- Prepare business cases for investment in tools and website development, owning the post-implementation analysis.
- Assist with assessing the effectiveness of our media spend and provide recommendations in optimizing cross-channel investment choices in the future.
- Analyze digital campaign performance and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders
- Develop and refine customer segmentation models to enable personalized marketing across digital channels, leveraging data from CRM, web analytics, and campaign platforms
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure digital strategies are scalable, culturally relevant, and aligned with regional market needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams, answering data-related questions and guiding digital strategy decisions with a data-first mindset
- You will be ever-interested in customer behavior, helping us to obsess over predicting customer responses to innovation and changing market trends.
- Review promotions through a commercial lens, answering questions around the effectiveness, duration, depth, profitability and reach of acquisition strategies and CRM-led coupons.
- Play a key role in our Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), quickly answering questions at the start of each week that will drive action and decision-making in the following days.
- Support the Business Intelligence team to develop and enhance our internal Power BI reporting suite and face off to external media agencies and vendors as required to enhance the data we have and how we use it.
- Identify how Artificial Intelligence can help the organization and what opportunities it brings.
- You will demonstrate excellent visualization & storytelling skills, contributing to key projects around customer segmentation and behavior tracking.

Basic Requirements
Experience/Training/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of analytical skills with strong experience in Omnichannel marketing measurement
- 3-5+ years of statistical analysis and modeling experience within complex analytical projects (e.g.,
- Multivariate Analysis, Clustering, ML techniques)
- Proficiency with SQL, SAS, MS Excel and Power Point required
- Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads required
- Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI and/or Tableau required
- Experience in KPI and diagnostic metrics development required
- Experience in presenting business insights and providing recommendations to business leaders required
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
Knowledge of:

- Expertise in leveraging digital innovations to enhance financial processes and performance

Compensation
The current range for this hybrid position (3 days/week in-office) based out of Hudson County, NJ is $95,000/yr to $113,000/yr.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
