The Accounts Payable Analyst – Global Operations & Analytics plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy,
efficiency, and integrity of the company’s accounts payable function during a time of global transformation.
While based domestically, this position operates at the intersection of finance operations and international
collaboration, supporting the transition of AP activities to an overseas shared services center.
Working within a highly automated environment powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365, ExFlow, ReadSoft, and
Freshdesk, the analyst is responsible for overseeing invoice processing workflows, ensuring seamless vendor
communication, and maintaining data accuracy across systems. Beyond transactional processing, the role is
deeply analytical—monitoring key performance indicators, identifying both operational and system issues
through exception reporting and trends and providing insights that drive continuous improvement.
As the primary NAM domestic liaison to the offshore AP team, the analyst ensures alignment on processes,
quality standards, and service levels. This role also contributes to month-end close activities, supports
compliance efforts and plays a key part in shaping a data-driven, globally integrated AP function.
