The Role

The Manager, Global FP&A plays a key leadership role in driving financial planning, strategic decision-making, and performance optimization across all regions (North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Latin America). This individual will lead global financial consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to provide senior leadership with clear insights into business performance.

 

In this role, you will partner with global and regional finance teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on financial strategies, enhance reporting capabilities, and implement best practices to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate the global monthly close process, working closely with Global Accounting and Global Supply Chain to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
  • Lead global financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic insight.
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts and annual budgets across all global departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Enhance global financial reporting capabilities by optimizing and automating existing reports in collaboration with the Global BI team.
  • Analyze financial performance by region, identify key business drivers, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement standard global KPIs to monitor financial performance across all regions.
  • Drive key global business initiatives and support executive decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and strategic insights to executive leadership and regional teams.
  • Develop and improve financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations, to optimize cost structures and profitability.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
  • Lead and deliver global financial presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment on key financial results, trends, and business drivers.
  • Closely collaborate with Global BI team & financial business partners to optimize & automate existing reports.

Basic Requirements

 

Experience / Training / Education

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
  • 5+ years prior experience (CPA/MBA is a plus)
  • Proven work experience in a quantitatively heavy role

Knowledge of

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence software

  • Ability to work professionally with both internal and external customers at all levels of the organization

Compensation

 

The current range for this role based out of Aliso Viejo, CA is $121,500/yr. to $140,000/yr.

 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  

 

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

A minimum of three workdays per week are to be conducted at the Aliso Viejo office (25 Enterprise Ste 200, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656).
