The Role

 

Are you someone who thrives on deciphering data puzzles and crafting strategies that drive results? We're on the lookout for an Omnichannel Analytics Manager to join our team and bring a fresh perspective to our analytics efforts. 

As our Omnichannel Analytics Manager, you'll lead the charge in enhancing our digital analytics capabilities, transforming raw data into actionable insights that fuel our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and further develop in-house digital analytics capabilities, including but not limited to: digital customer insights, audience targeting and closed-loop measurement

  • Translate business requirements into analytics design, and spearhead end-to-end analytics solutions development and delivery

  • Enhance our Omnichannel performance reporting that encompasses media and website KPIs connected with Amazon data to continuously track Omnichannel marketing impact and optimize cross-channel investment allocation

  • Partner effectively with media agencies, analytic vendors, and brand marketers for measurement and optimization for various digital channels and campaigns

  • Continuously explore advanced omnichannel analytic solutions, including multi-touch attribution modeling, promptly driving tactic-level media optimization

  • Demonstrate excellent visualization & storytelling skills, influencing decision-making within analytics teams as well as with stakeholders 

  • Provide consulting to the key stakeholders in the campaign design/requirements gathering phase to ensure objectives are clearly defined and can be measured, content assets are properly tagged, and the campaign data is properly sourced to ensure integrity of the measurement

  • Contribute to various commercial analytics projects as needed. Examples include Customer Segmentation and Promotional Mix Analysis.

 

Basic Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong experience in Omnichannel marketing measurement

  • 3-5+ years of statistical analysis and modeling experience within complex analytical projects (e.g., Multivariate Analysis, Clustering, ML techniques) 

  • Proficiency with SQL, SAS and/or R, MS Excel and Power Point 

  • Experience with CDP/CRM platforms such as Microsoft Customer Insights 

  • Experience working with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics 

  • Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI and/or Tableau 

  • Experience in KPI and diagnostic metrics development 

  • Experience in presenting business insights and providing recommendations 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees including senior management

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, attention to details, and the ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision

  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency while being responsive to changing business priorities

Compensation


The current range for this role based out of Aliso Viejo, CA is $113k/yr - $127k/yr.


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

A minimum of two workdays per week are to be conducted at the Aliso Viejo office (25 Enterprise, Aliso Viejo, CA).
