We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of end-to-end capabilities necessary to support a direct-to-consumer business model within the life sciences and nutrition supplementals industry. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for owning the architecture of our systems, ensuring seamless integration across various digital ecosystems, ERP platforms, fulfillment systems, and manufacturing ecosystems.

Key Requirements:

• As a Solutions Architect, you will lead technical integrations while working with internal cross-functional teams including engineering, product, data science, IT, finance, operations, marketing, and supply chain teams, to coordinate new product integrations and launches
• You will architect and implement integrations between eCommerce systems, digital ecosystems, ERP platforms, fulfillment systems, and manufacturing ecosystems
• You will drive architectural decisions to optimize system performance, security, and efficiency
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams on best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles
• You will lead integrations from technical discovery/scoping through implementation and post-production support. You will need to be an influencer and be able to negotiate technical and functional requirements. You will design and implement technical integration solutions to solve complex business problems for Metagenics

Key Competencies:

• You will stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our architecture and recommending innovative solutions
• You will conduct regular assessments and audits of existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• You will collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions as needed
• You will develop and maintain documentation related to architecture designs, standards, and processes

Basic Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software/technology sales, application development, or consulting
• You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, customer experience and technical challenges
• We are looking for candidates who are comfortable at the intersection of technology and business
• 12+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in building large scale systems, applications, SaaS platforms and infrastructures experience
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders
• Master’s degree in computer science is preferred

Compensation:

The current range for this role based out of Aliso Viejo, CA is $166,800/yr. - $180,100/yr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance

A minimum of two workdays per week are to be conducted at the Aliso Viejo Office (25 Enterprise, Aliso Viejo, CA). The remaining workdays may be conducted from a remote location.
